ROCKFORD —
A 43-year-old Rockford man has been charged in the death of Felix Rojas Perez, who was found shot to death Jan. 16 in his vehicle in the Gem Suburban Trailer Park, 4650 S. Main St.
Juan Francisco Blanco was charged Friday with first-degree murder and concealing a homicidal death. Bond is set at $1 million on the murder charge and $750,000 on the assault charge.
Blanco and Perez, 38, are brothers-in-law. Blanco has been in the Winnebago County Jail on an unrelated assault charge.
